I offer a sliding scale to ensure that my services are accessible to individuals and organizations with limited budgets, especially small nonprofits, educators, and community organizers in Hawai‘i and the broader Pacific.
How the sliding scale works:
You select your rate based on your organization’s size and budget capacity.
No financial documents are required. I trust your judgement and honor your transparency.
If you need support but can’t afford the lowest end of the scale, feel free to reach out and we can talk story.

Sustaining rate: For organizations with stable funding or institutional support and able to contribute fully.
Your support helps to sustain this work and makes it more accessible for others.
Supporter rate: For those that need to fundraise to access these services and need some financial flexibility.
Equity rate: For those working with a small, grassroots budget and need extra flexibility to access support.
If you’re doing urgent, unfunded work for a community in need, please reach out.
